What we collect

• Your name and email address - provided when you subscribe (collected through our payment provider, Paddle) or when you contact us.
• Which lessons you are sent and open - so we can deliver your lessons and understand which are useful.
• Basic, privacy-friendly website statistics - via Cloudflare, which does not use tracking cookies.

We do not knowingly collect information about the spellers themselves beyond a name you choose to add for personalising worksheets.

How we use it

• To deliver your weekly lessons and manage your subscription.
• To respond to your messages and feedback.
• To improve the lessons we create.

We will only email you about your subscription and lessons. We never sell your data.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted providers purely to run the service:

• Paddle - processes payments as our Merchant of Record and holds your billing details.
• Resend - delivers our lesson emails.
• Cloudflare - hosts the website and stores your subscription details securely.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as you are subscribed and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records and legal obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. Just email [email protected] and we'll sort it out.
